About this lesson

This lesson introduces the shift from one-off prompting to prompt systems: structured, reusable instructions designed to produce more reliable AI outputs across repeated tasks.

Learners will examine the limits of basic prompts, identify the components of a prompt system, and practice thinking in terms of inputs, constraints, roles, examples, quality checks, and workflow steps. The lesson sets up later work on chains, role design, evaluation, and reusable frameworks without going deeply into those techniques yet.
