About this lesson

In this lesson, students learn where Gemini fits inside a practical Google productivity workflow and where it should not be trusted on its own. The focus is orientation: what Gemini can help draft, summarize, compare, plan, and analyze, and what still requires human judgment, source checking, access control, and professional review.

Students will distinguish between the Gemini app and Gemini features inside Google Workspace, understand common reliability limits, and learn a simple decision habit: use Gemini to accelerate work, but verify facts, protect sensitive data, and keep ownership of final decisions.
