This lesson defines what it means to work as a modern real estate sales professional. It positions the agent as more than a property salesperson: a trusted advisor, market interpreter, skilled communicator, ethical representative, and transaction guide.

Students will learn how today’s clients evaluate agents, why trust matters before tactics, and how professionalism shows up in preparation, responsiveness, boundaries, and judgment.
