About this lesson

In this lesson, students design the operating model for their Google Workspace productivity system before configuring individual apps. The focus is on defining what Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Tasks, and Gemini-assisted work should each do in a repeatable workflow.

Students will learn how to map their work into trusted capture points, decision points, storage locations, execution blocks, and review routines. By the end, they will have a practical blueprint that keeps communication, files, meetings, tasks, and AI assistance connected without turning the system into unnecessary administration.
