About this lesson
This lesson explains why travel so often disrupts healthy routines. Learners will see how changes in time zones, schedules, sleep, food access, movement, and decision-making create predictable wellness challenges on the road or in the air.
The goal is not to solve every travel health problem yet. Instead, this lesson builds the foundation for the rest of the course by helping travelers recognize the pressures that make wellness harder and by identifying the most common weak points to plan for in advance.
